What are Bootcamps?
Bootcamps are high-intensity workout trainings given to small groups (classes). Each session lasts an hour long and consists of several circuit exercises that are particularly designed for that session’s goal.
Get extra motivation as you workout with others. You need not worry about being at a different fitness level with the rest of the class, as you will be closely monitored and will be given the intensity applicable to YOU!
