Debbie's Fitness Journey

I love my job and I love what I do for others. This journey right here is one of the main reasons why I take pride in what I do and why I take so much interest in my clients. This lady has been with me a little over six months and she has lost a total of 35 pounds, 8.9% body fat and 24 ½ inches overall.

Miss Debbie, I am very proud of you and your accomplishments and I am extremely proud when I say that I am your personal trainer. I know that it has been a long road and that it always hasn’t been easy and I know firsthand that you have had your ups and downs but through it all, you never quit. No matter how hard it got, you continued to push onwards. You are a true inspiration and I am very grateful that I get to help you along your journey.

Breakfast Is King

Why is breakfast important?

A number of studies present conflicting thoughts on the necessity of breakfast. My take is based on good old common sense. Breakfast is the most important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period. You need it to replenish your supply of glucose and essential nutrients to help sustain you throughout the day. Simple as that.

Level up. Don't skip a good breakfast!
